Crafted with care from whole pork legs, our Pork Gammon is expertly deboned and hand-rolled, giving it that beautiful, uniform shape you see in the image for even cooking and perfect slices.
It is then cured in a flavour-rich brine for 4 full days, allowing the seasoning to penetrate deep into the meat. After curing, each gammon is slow-smoked, developing its deep golden colour and irresistible smoky aroma.
This is a raw, cured and smoked product that still needs to be cooked – allowing you to glaze, roast or bake it exactly the way you like.
