We do all the hard work so you can just enjoy, These lamb tails have been trimmed of all excess fat, pre-cooked in our brine mixture for up to 6 hours to soften up, then we marinade hot overnight in our SAlt & pepper mix before they get packed for your convenience to enjoy. They are pre-cooked and cook very fast, braai them the same way you would braai pre-cooked spare ribs.
