All you Do:
Mix sachets with 2Tbsp of fresh lemon Juice, 2 Tbsp sunflower oil , 8Tbsp of yoghurt, 1 heaped Tbsp of fresh garlic and ginger into small bowl. combine well.
Cover 1kg of chicken kebabs with the marinade and allow to stand for 15 minutes.
For maximum flavour, place the chicken kebabs in a bowl with the marinade. cover and refrigerate overnight.
